My blessing for the day: God has taught me that if I work on myself, the effect can bring love and peace. I got new tools in my toolbox today. Marriage is hard and I needed a good counselor and could not afford one. God is my counselor and blessed me with someone in my life, a stranger, who has been through everything, and her knowledge takes my breath away. God can turn any situation around. He can do anything. Now I have the tools to teach my boys grace and calm in all situations. Everyday they will learn by my example on how to constantly work on yourself to become a better person. It is humbling and powerful. The rippling of effect of my change is powerful in my pool of marriage. My husband takes my breath away, he is my zing, my love, my everything, but we struggle like everyone else and it’s hard. I am thanking God for these bumps that are helping me be a better person and teach my boys anything is possible when God is blazing your trails. Thank you God for my new tools and for teaching me to be proud of change and for the love my husband and I share. God is good.
